Sophia's 3rd birthday party

My darling first born turned 3. I remember 8 years ago, Jason and I praying that we could have a baby. It seemed like it would never happen. Then one day god blessed us with this beautiful girl and our lives changed forever. Since Sophia was in my belly, I always knew she would be fierce. She would always kick and move and I always felt like a party was going on in my belly. From the day she was born she has always been sweet and loving with a sprinkle of demanding and tough. Sophia can say the funniest things and I love her little personality. She may fight about EVERYTHING (brushing teeth, bath time, lotion, combing hair, going potty) but then turn around and say something funny. One day I told her "Sophia stop _____ (insert anything here)" and she starts being silly. I give her the "I'm not playing" look and she says "Mom, I'm not funny?" Of course I had to laugh. When I get upset with Sophia I tell her "You're making mommy upset." Well my mom told her to pick up her toys and she looked at my mom, huffed and puffed and said "You are making me upset." Really its hilarious.

This ball of energy keeps us on our toes but we wouldn't have it any other way. I'm sure I have said it before but I really love this age. Sophia is learning so much and reminds me every day that I have to watch what I say :)  Sophia, mommy and daddy love you so much, you make us so happy!

3 year old stats:

Height: 40 3/4 (97%)

Weight: 36.6 (91%)

Dr. Simone says Sophia is the size of a 4 1/2 - 5 year old. Wow!
