Weekend Recap: It was rough for the Littles

Friday was an exhausting day. It was the 1st, a Friday, busy and to top it off we stopped doing certain transactions in the DT. Work was rough!!! After work I stopped off and got us Chinese and some drinks. This mama was exhausted and cooking was out if the question! After dinner we played in the front yard and The Douglass' came to join. We made our way to the backyard and all the girls played on the trampoline. All of a sudden I heard Olivia crying. When I got to her I found her with her lip split. Poor baby was balling. After Jason and j cleaned it up, we thought it be best that we take her for stitches. At the ER they said no stitches were needed but she would need glue. After about a hour, we were released and was able to take our sweet girl home.

Poor Baby

Worst part ever. They needed to wrap her up so she wouldn't move.
They said she can't get out of this....she did.

Saturday I had to work AGAIN. Sophia was up bright and early painting....

Saturday night we went over to a friends house to watch the Spurs and the fight. Sophia and Olivia had a blast but 10pm rolled around and they were done. Little things were making them cry and they were really fussy. In the 9th round, we decided to leave and put them to bed. Their little heads hit the pillow and they were out!
Sunday, Sophia was up bright and early (6am) painting and watching cartoons. Jason and I slept in for a bit. Then it was up and at em. We all went to breakfast, Olivia got another haircut, grocery shopping, nap and then purge and organize the playroom. I always feels so much better when things are organized but then I become a nit picky and don't want the girls to take out any toys. I was so excited to see how many things we were able to let go off. We usually drop them off at a women's shelter here in town. It makes me sad to see the baby toys go but I like that they go to others who needs them. The girls of course were not happy to see them go.

Oh and I mentioned Natives on Friday Favorites because my kids love them and they are so easy to clean. Olivia has officially stopped drinking bottles so I used her bottle brush, soap and water and cleaned those cute Natives. They look as good as new! I AM IN LOVE WITH THESE SHOES!
