Another weekend

Now that we have kids we don't do a whole lot on the weekends. Our nights of bars, clubs, and hanging out are a little different now. The bar is at home in our fridge, the club happens in the play room and its usually dancing to cartoons or FROZEN and hanging out usually means with someone else who has kids so the kids can have a play date. This weekend was no different except for the hanging out. I worked all this week including Saturday. When I got home I was beat. I wanted to take the kids to Seguin to listen to music and let the girls have a play date but we stayed home. We instead took a ride and ended up at Dairy Queen. The girls and I had a treat and then it was back home to relax. Sunday we went to a couple of stores looking for decor for Olivia's first birthday party (OMG) and then headed home for naps and a bunch of nothing. Although our lives are different I would have it any other way. Our kids are crazy, they drive us crazy but I love crazy!
