Olivia turned 2 today! This feeling is bitter sweet. Although I love to see her grow and learn new things daily, I also know she is my last baby. Olivia is my laid back sweetie pie. I could tell she was going to be an easy kid when she was in my belly. When I started to feel her move, it was always slow relaxed movements like stretching. When she would move I would feel little movements here and there but never out of control like Sophia. The biggest drama she caused was almost being born on the side of the road. She decided the 9/25/13 was going to be her day and made sure it happened. She was gorgous from the first time I met her. She had her eyes scrunched and was more beautiful than I imagined. She would hardley cry and started sleeping in her own crib through the night at 4 weeks. She was petite and was always under or at average on her percentile. One word I would use to describe Olivia is easy. She makes life so easy. Her favorite person is "titer", this what she calls Sophia. She LOVES her sister. She loves to copy everything Sophia does and says. She is potty trained which I owe all to Sophia. She would watch Sophia and ask to do the same. I love to hear them talk, laugh and giggle. Its super cute to watch and I am so happy that they will have an unbreakable bond. Her other favorite person is her daddy. There are many times when she talks to me and calls me daddy. If daddy leaves she wants to go and she is always talking about daddy. Jason of course loves this. Sophia is a mommy's girl so he tells me at least one of them loves me. Olivia is going to MDO on Tuesdays and Thursdays and does not like it. She went all last year and never cried. This year she has been having a hard time. I'm sure its because she doesn't know how to be on her own. She always has Sophia around and does not like not seeing her all day. Sophia will see her on the playground and love on her. This makes her feel better. As great as Olivia is she also is very stubborn. She does not like being told what to do. If Sophia tells her to do something she's not doing it. If I tell her we need to brush teeth, go potty, change clothes, she looks at me like I have 2 heads. She usually wants to do things on her terms but if this happened nothing would ever get done. If you ask her to throw something away she won't listen, I get up and she picks the item up and heads to the trash but then if I stop paying attention she drops the item and will not throw it away. Hard Headed!
